High speed Internet for dispersed rural communities
Objective
Provide high speed Internet for the small towns and unincorporated areas of the region, using Federal Stimulus funds and/or County Office of Education Funds to make services available to local school districts and community colleges.
These Internet services could then be made available to local cities, which could distribute high-speed Internet access broadly to the community, at low-cost or free.
